Gemma McAllister founder of WearMatter has over 10 years experience in the fashion industry focusing on design and buying roles for well known high street brands. Gemma shifted to a career in disability services due to the lack of inclusivity and accessibility in the fashion industry. Gemma has a passion to create things for a reason. WearMatter is here to bridge the gap between fashion and accessibility, catering to individuals with disabilities who often face challenges in finding clothing that meets their needs while also reflecting their personal style.
